Vendor Registration Instruction

Read the following instruction carefully on how to complete your registration.

1. Fill the Application Form, Submit and proceed to print Pay4Me Acknowledgement slip.
2. Proceed to any UBA Bank Branch with the Acknowledgement Slip for payment and validation.
3. Get your Payment Receipt containing a Validation Number from the Bank after payment.
4. You are now fully registered as a Vendor and can Login with your Details.
